Atkins Bar and a green salad with pecans and parmezan cheese
Dinner
3 sugarless sausages and some broccoli, celery, cauliflower and 2 mini carrots...
Sugar free Pudding
Today, my cousin called and asked if my family and I wanted to go to the lake for some boating and barbeque. We went and I stayed on plan.. I shied away from hot dogs and ate the zero carb sausages that I brought along :) I would say my over all nutrition was not very good though..
Will do better tomorrow!
