Breakfast: 2 eggs fried in a non stick pan with a slice of cheddar cheese and  a broccoli, kale and cucumber salad

Lunch: 1/2 pound hamburger steak and a green salad with tomatoes, and spinach

Dinner: Pork stir fry and a green salad with baby spinach, kale, Romain lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers and Parmesan cheese.

Snack: some almonds
