I am back with a different camera.. which I am not used too.. ;( I have made it half way. Now it is time to finish up with the last half. I am now fully moved back to Idaho. I am kinda going through culture shock.. LOL I will be posting daily. Hope everyone is doing well!

 Wow, how time flies. I was knocked out with a terrible infection.. but I am back.. I will be  posting my daily menu's again after the 21st of this month. I am back in Japan still and I am trying to get all loose ends tied up. Harry and Bayou thanks for asking about me. I am doing well. I am also staying 99% low carb. I will update more after the 21st.
